The grand staircase at the former St. Albans Sanatorium, where the insane were warehoused. Shadow figures and the ghostly images of nurses are frequently reported by eye witnesses who see them taking the main stairway to the children's wing on the second floor. The old asylum is located in Radford, Virginia.
